Education:

Inga has a Bachelor degree in Law from ”Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University in Iasi, Romania and a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, with specialization in European studies from Roskilde University, Denmark.
She has complemented her bachelors with a Master degree in Public Administration from Roskilde University. Her main research areas were conflict resolution, good governance, security studies etc.

Professional experience:

Inga’s career has started within the United Nations Office for Project Service Headquarter, Europe and Middle East Office based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Within this organization, Inga had the opportunity to be involved in projects all over the world, acquiring valuable experience in project management, financial management, personnel administration, complying with the UN rules and standards.

Inga has also a strong experience as consultant in public policies, as a strategic planning advisor. From this position, Inga acquired valuable knowledge and skills in policy development, strategic planning, financial and project management, monitoring and evaluation, and research.

Moreover, Inga had covered the position of the Executive Director of the Moldovan Branch of Romanian Center for European Policies. As an executive director she managed to carry on activities related to donor coordination. Inga has coordinated the relationship with donors such as UNICEF, UNDP, USAID, Embassy of Finland, Embassy of Netherlands, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc. Alongside with this, she managed to interact with different stakeholders that were beneficiaries of the grants provided by the organization, such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Protection, Town Halls etc.

As of today, Inga is an active member of Moldovan Diaspora, trying to develop community projects abroad and continues to engage in various projects in the country.
